Kedleston Hall, Derbyshire (NC 352)
The magnificent rear elevation of Kedleston Hall, near Derby, was designed by the architect Robert Adam in the mid 18th century. Although it is a National Trust property, the Curzon family (the former owners) still reside in a section of the house. I have also painted a watercolour of the equally impressive northern side of the hall which can be seen on my ‘small greeting cards’ page.
